Responsibilities

Provide professional and friendly support to Danish-speaking customers.

Follow company policies and contribute to continuous service improvement.
Requirements

Danish: Native or C2 level (spoken & written).

English: B2 level for internal communication.

No previous experience required full training included.

Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.

Willingness to relocate to Greece (or already living in Greece).

EU citizenship or valid Greek work authorization.
