Requirements

Fluent Danish and good English
EU citizenship or Greek work permit
Strong communication and customer-relations skills
Ability to analyze issues provide solutions and remain calm under pressure
Good computer knowledge and adaptability to new systems
Motivation to learn and develop professionally
Previous customer service experience is beneficial

What Is the Job About
Your main responsibility is to support Danish-speaking customers by answering inquiries providing product information managing case escalations and resolving issues efficiently.
