Tasks

You will work directly with CEOs and their teams guiding them into a flawless execution this role you will be a provider of actionable solutions that deliver results at the highest levels.

If youre more comfortable in a conference room with a whiteboard full of post-it notes this isnt the job for you.

Requirements

We are looking for a Senior International Key Account Manager with a solid background in managing global accounts translating client needs into clear execution plans and turning identified gaps into actionable high-impact solutions.

Someone who thrives in high-pressure environments and has a background in hands-on complex problem-solving roles within FMCG and retail industries managing cross-border stakeholders driving operational excellence and ensuring seamless translation of client demands into scalable high-impact solutions.

You will rock at this role if you have:

• Manage global and multi-local accounts coordinating across markets and international teams.
• Negotiate with strategic clients and make data-driven decisions.
• Translate client needs into actionable plans.
• Detect systemic gaps and turn them into opportunities to optimize operations and accelerate results.
• Monitor KPIs performance and compliance with commercial agreements.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders in multicultural contexts.
• Ensure consistency in execution across countries brands or business units.
• Anticipate and manage risks.
• Fluent Spanish and English are mandatory: You will interact with native and bilingual executives in a professional environment.
• French and German will be highly valued.
• You are based in Spain or you will in a short time

Nice to have:

• Proven track record of implementing large-scale process improvements in tough industrial environments
• Experience in Lean or OKR consulting and in delivering results and real impact
