Job Summary

Audit Manager managing a small team of 3 accountants.

Our client is an established audit firm based in Larnaca providing Audit Taxation Accounting and Advisory services. Join their team and grow professionally in a professional and collaborative environment with great working hours.

Position Duties

Manage a portfolio of clients and deliver high quality audit service
Manage plan and review statutory audits according to the International Auditing Standards
Oversee audit planning execution and completion of audit engagement performed by audit team member
Prepare/review financial statements and ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting

Standards/ other regulatory requirements

Prepare and review tax computations and tax returns
Communicate with clients in relation to their tax compliance
Monitor and provide guidance training and support to audit team members
Communication with clients and evaluation of their needs and provide support/ guidance
Collaborate with the Director in organizing planning and implementing policies in relation to the Audit Engagements

Position Requirements

Relevant Experience for Review of Audit Engagements: 3-5 years
Strong technical knowledge of Audit Standards and audit methodology
Strong technical knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards
University degree with grade 2:1 or equivalent in Accounting Finance Management Business Administration or similar discipline
Holder of a Professional Accounting Qualification (e.g. ACA ACCA)
Excellent communication skills and a client-oriented mindset
Solid working experience with Caseware and audit software
Fluent in Greek and English languages (written and spoken)
