About the Role
We are looking for passionate gamers to join our Games Player Support team as a Polish English-speaking Specialist. You will assist players of League of Legends providing exceptional customer care through e-mail while ensuring fast friendly and accurate solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Provide e-mail-based support to Polish-speaking players of League of Legends.

Assist with account issues login problems security concerns and game-related questions.

Investigate player reports and escalate complex cases when needed.

Maintain a strong understanding of Riot Games policies and in-game systems.

Deliver high-quality empathetic and player-focused responses.

Collaborate with the team to continuously improve player experience.
Requirements

Fluent Polish (C1C2)

Good English (B2)

Genuine interest in gaming (League of Legends knowledge is a strong advantage)

Strong written communication skills

Ability to multitask stay organized and work in shifts

Must live in Sofia or be willing to relocate

Ability to work on-site (hybrid possible after 2 months)
