Job Summary

We are expanding globally and building a comprehensive ecosystem of crypto services including payment infrastructure custody mining solutions and enterprise-grade tools for businesses and institutions.

EMCD comprises a complete ecosystem of crypto services built around a top 10 global mining pool (#1 in Eastern Europe).

About the role

We are looking for an SEO Specialist who will strengthen our organic growth efforts across global this role you will work closely with the SEO Team Lead and take part in technical optimization content development and data-driven SEO initiatives to increase visibility traffic and overall search performance. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow in a fast-paced Web3/FinTech environment and work on international projects.

Responsibilities

Implementation of the companys SEO strategy under the guidance of the SEO Team Lead.
Keyword research and clustering (for English-speaking and Russian-speaking regions).
Optimization of metadata (title description H1 alt schema).
Creating and maintaining the internal website structure (internal linking sitemap ).
Preparing content briefs for copywriters and ensuring the SEO quality of published articles.
Monitoring rankings traffic indexation and errors using SEO tools.
Providing regular performance reports (weekly / monthly).

Requirements

2-3 years of SEO experience (preferably in FinTech Crypto Web3 iGaming).
Understanding of technical optimization principles (speed structure mobile-first indexability).
Experience with tools such as Ahrefs Semrush Screaming Frog Serpstat Google Search Console GA4 Looker Studio.
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (analysis of rankings CTR indexation).
Experience with semantic research and SEO content optimization.
Basic knowledge of HTML and CMS platforms (WordPress Webflow Tilda etc.).
English level Intermediate or higher (for analyzing English-language SERPs and competitors).
