SEO Team Lead

EMCD is a leading technology company in the crypto industry best known as the largest mining pool in Eastern Europe.

We are expanding globally and building a comprehensive ecosystem of crypto services including payment infrastructure custody mining solutions and enterprise-grade tools for businesses and institutions.

EMCD comprises a complete ecosystem of crypto services built around a top 10 global mining pool (#1 in Eastern Europe).

About the role

We are looking for a SEO Team Lead to develop execute and manage a companys overall SEO strategy to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic. This role involves leading a team of SEO professionals which includes conducting keyword research overseeing on-page and off-page optimization monitoring technical SEO issues and analyzing performance data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy to drive organic traffic growth across all EMCD products (mining wallet exchange investing academy).
• Manage a team of SEO specialists copywriters and external contractors.
• Conduct technical content and backlink audits of company websites.
• Create and oversee content plans based on keyword research and search trends.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase brand visibility in Google Bing and regional search engines including adaptation for AI-driven search filters.
• Perform competitor analysis and generate hypotheses to improve rankings and CTR.
• Prepare and maintain regular SEO performance reports covering traffic rankings indexation and organic conversions.
• Collaborate with development product marketing and content teams to implement SEO-driven solutions.

Requirements

• 4 years of SEO experience including at least 1 year in a team lead or head of SEO role.
• Proven experience in developing SEO strategies for competitive niches (Web3 Fintech Crypto only).
• Deep understanding of technical SEO: Core Web Vitals crawlability indexability and site architecture.
• Hands-on experience with tools: Ahrefs Semrush Screaming Frog Serpstat Google Search Console GA4 Looker Studio.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills (Excel/Google Sheets SQL is a plus).
• Solid understanding of GEO-optimization content marketing link building and on-page optimization.
• Experience managing contractors (copywriting link building development teams).
• English Upper-Intermediate or higher (for analyzing English-speaking markets and supporting expansion efforts).
