We are seeking a technician who wants to grow in an entrepreneurial empowering and safety-focused this role you will perform preventive maintenance and equipment repairs to minimize downtime and ensure the highest level of reliability.
The fleet varies by location but typically includes aerial work platforms construction tools generators pumps HVAC systems and specialty industrial equipment.

Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED required
Trade school or technical training preferred
13 years of experience as a technician working with diesel equipment heavy construction equipment or specialty systems (generators HVAC oil/gas equipment) strongly preferred
Knowledge Skills & Abilities
Ability to provide your own mechanic tools
Working knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems including troubleshooting
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Bilingual abilities may be required based on location
Must be able to bend squat crouch reach and lift 50 lbs
Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors as needed
