Every customer comes to us with their #1 problem - hiring. They need to build an engineering team of 8 with secret clearance based in D.C. in under a month hire a Head of Growth to scale post-$20M Series A or find enhanced rock weathering scientists in LATAM for a research project. You will be responsible for leading strategic projects that solve this problem.
This dynamic role combines operations growth/revenue account management and problem solving to deliver exceptional outcomes and inspire results at the core of Paraforms mission.
What we look for:
3 - 8 years of experience working closely with customers and having full ownership across relevant areas such as operations account management product etc.
Exceptional written and verbal communication
Entrepreneurial experience and mindset - you are excited about building things from scratch and are able to identify issues and execute quickly
Ability to come up with creative solutions to complex ambiguous operational problems
What youll do:
Own end-to-end customer engagements: building relationships to ensuring seamless project delivery and quality.
Leverage Paraforms recruiter capacity: drive revenue and aligning operations with customer needs.
Serve as the voice of the customer: youll advocate for an exceptional 12-star experience to advance their goals while working cross-functionally with sales product engineering and founders.
