About the Role

We are looking for German-speaking Customer Support Advisors to support users of HBO Max streaming platforms. You will assist customers with technical issues account and content inquiries and subscription-related questions across multiple channels c.

This is a remote position and all necessary equipment will be provided.

Project: HBO Max (Tier 1)
Contract: Full-Time
Location: Remote (only residents in Turkey)
Languages Required: German C1 English B1
Shifts: Rotating shift schedule (5 days per week)
Summer Shifts
10:00 19:00 13:00 22:00 16:00 01:00
Winter Shifts
11:00 20:00 14:00 23:00 17:00 02:00

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support through phone email chat and social media

  • Assist customers with technical issues account and content inquiries

  • Follow internal processes and escalate cases when needed

  • Deliver service with empathy accuracy and professionalism


Your Profile

  • Fluent in German (C1) and English (B1)

  • Strong communication problem-solving and multitasking skills

  • Computer literacy

  • Turkish ID (must reside in Turkey)
