With our all-in-one fan engagement platform were building a unique software solution that enables clients to launch manage and scale international campaigns with ease. Trusted by industry leaders such as Verknipt Stelz Par-T and Insomniac we sit at the forefront of event marketing and brand activation. As part of our founding team youll play a key role in shaping our customer success function as well as the culture tools and growth trajectory of the company
WHO WERE LOOKING FOR
Do you live and breathe customer success Are you excited to build something from scratch wear many hats and lead both strategy and execution Were looking for a Founding Customer Success Lead who wants to build something this role you will own the customer lifecycle create the playbook for success and become the trusted partner for both our customers and the team.
WHAT YOULL DO
Define and execute onboarding adoption retention and expansion strategies from day one
Serve as the primary customer advocate internally. You understand their challenges analyze trends and drive process improvements.
Build scalable systems and processes: health scoring success metrics playbooks tooling and setting up workflows.
Manage relationships with customers personally. You organize regular check-ins delivering value and aligning expectations between sales and the customer success team.
Collaborate with product sales and engineering to translate customer insights into roadmap decisions
Prepare for growth: hire train and mentor the next generation of customer-facing talent as we scale
WHAT YOULL BRING
3-5 years of relevant working experience
Demonstrated ability to build and own processes from scratch in a dynamic uncertain environment
Excellent communication skills with an ability to engage customers at all levels and translate insights for internal stakeholders
A deep empathy for customers with a proactive mindset and well get it done attitude
Strong analytical curiosity: comfortable defining metrics and spotting signals of churn growth or friction
Passion for our mission and readiness to join as an early high-impact hire
NICE-TO-HAVE
Familiarity with CS tooling (e.g. Intercom Pipedrive Asana Hubspot)
Experience or enthusiasm for working across international markets
Background in onboarding support or customer growth/expansion
