Salary: 14.18 per hour (dependent on skills and experience)

This residential home supports children with learning disabilities and aims to help them achieve independence develop through education and enjoy a fulfilling life.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Team Leader to join the team and support the Service Manager in leading day-to-day operations.
You will:
Provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower young people to achieve their goals
Promote health well-being education and recreational activities
Support young people to maintain family and significant relationships
Complete records and documents accurately
Assist with day-to-day household tasks including cooking cleaning and shopping
Support young people with personal care and hygiene

You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have a car
You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (not deemed equivalent)
Candidates with only HealthCare NHS CQC or Nursery Practitioner qualifications

Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Childrens Home will not be considered.
