At our location in Stockach the gateway to Lake Constance we are looking for you to join our team as soon as possible or by arrangement.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive regional sales strategies and achieve growth targets across non-NATO markets
- Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with defense authorities military stakeholders and global sales agents
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in established and emerging defense markets
- Coordinate internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and meet contractual requirements
- Represent the company at international defense forums trade shows and industry events
- Monitor global defense budgets procurement programs and regulatory developments
- Engage government and industry stakeholders to support business development and ensure compliance
- Prepare accurate forecasts reports and account plans
Your Profile
- Proven experience in international defense sales ideally with government and military clients innon-
NATO regions - Strong understanding of procurement processes defense budgets and regulatory frameworks
across diverse global markets - Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic regional sales plans
- Skilled in building long-term relationships with defense authorities military stakeholders and
international sales agents - Strong negotiation skills and experience with complex high-value defense contracts
- Customer-focused proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- High cultural awareness and adaptability when working across different regions
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Very good written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage
