Experience in senior talent management or business partnering roles with a focus on development and strategic initiatives.
A proven ability to design and implement programs like succession planning guiding development and career pathways.
Strong project management skills and a consultative mindset.
A genuine commitment to diversity and inclusion with ideas for creating pathways for underrepresented talent.
The ability to adapt and meet the business whereitsat building maturity over time.
A collaborative style that builds trust and drives positive change across all levels.

Develop and mature talent assessment frameworks career pathways and succession planning aligned to our strategic goals.
Runinternal mobility practices so our people have clear supported pathways for growth.
Design and implement diversity initiatives including programs to build female talent pipelines.
Partner with senior mentors toidentifyand nurture high-potential talent for long-term success.
Collaborate closely with HR and capability teams to integrate talent development into broader business strategies.
Use data and insights to tell meaningful stories about the impact of talent initiatives and refine approaches over time.
