About the role:
We are seeking a National Service Delivery Manager to lead and optimise our service delivery operations across this key leadership role within Visys Recycling division youll manage two teams - Service Delivery and Logistics Coordination - responsible for ensuring smooth operations and meeting service targets. Youll focus on driving process improvements resolving issues quickly and developing a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead coach and develop customer service teams to achieve KPIs and operational excellence.
- Oversee daily operations ensuring timely resolution of customer queries and escalations.
- Implement process improvements with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage external vendor relationships and performance in line with business expectations.
- Identify investigate and implement strategies to reduce service failures.
- Oversee logistics coordination including scheduling SAP data integrity and stock movements.
- Recruit train and mentor team members to achieve performance goals.
- Prepare and present performance reports and insights to senior management.
What Youll Bring
- Proven leadership and people management experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience in a waste management or logistics industry.
- Strong customer interface and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage processes in a medium to large organisation.
- Proficiency in Excel SAP experience desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving planning and communication skills.
- Experience in logistics or recycling is advantageous.
