What youll be doing as a Sales Consultant:
- Building relationships with new clients over the phone.
- Becoming a trusted advisor helping businesses find top talent.
- Creating and managing your own network of candidates.
- Sourcing qualifying and placing the right professionals in the right roles.
- Negotiating and securing win-win deals.
- Guiding candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a great experience.
Who were looking for:
- Motivated and ambitious individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus if you have experience in sales recruitment or business development (but if not dont worry well train you!).
