Role Description:
Were looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to look after and grow a portfolio of foodservice and food manufacturing customers. Youll play a key role in building strong relationships keeping customers happy and helping drive long-term growth for them and for us.
This is an office-based role with regular travel to visit customers. Its an exciting opportunity to join the business during a period of growth and expansion with customers remaining at the heart of everything we do.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a customer base of key foodservice and food manufacturing accounts.
- Develop meaningful lasting customer relationships that add value for both them and us.
- Understand customer goals operations and challenges to deliver solutions.
- Identify opportunities to expand business within existing and prospect accounts through innovation collaboration and category insight.
- Represent the business professionally at customer meetings presentations and industry events.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance pricing and profitability across your accounts.
- Support the delivery of business growth targets and commercial objectives.
The ideal candidate must have:
- At least 2 years experience in key or national account management preferably within foodservice food manufacturing or FMCG sectors.
- Strong relationship-building negotiation and influencing skills.
- Commercially astute with experience managing account profitability and delivering growth targets.
- Excellent communication presentation and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.

- Flexible and adaptable to meet changing business needs.
- Detail-oriented with a sense of accountability and ownership.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional results and exceeding expectations.

Working Hours:
- 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
- Office based (hybrid working considered) travel expected for client visits.
