Previous sous chef/senior chef de partie is required

What youll be doingour newly appointed Sous Chef

  • Assist in Kitchen Leadership: Support day-to-day culinary operations supervise cooks and ensure staffing meets service and financial goals. Act as a role model and maintain strong collaboration with front-of-house teams.
  • Operational Excellence: Work with the Executive Chef to set goals manage food costs payroll and supplies. Ensure compliance with safety hygiene and sanitation standards.
  • Menu & Quality Control: Contribute to menu development monitor food quality and presentation and maintain purchasing and storage standards.
  • Guest Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service resolve guest concerns and ensure consistent quality and hospitality.
  • Team Development: Coach and train staff manage performance appraisals maintain fair treatment and foster a positive collaborative work environment.
