Job Description:
Applicants must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation to qualify for this role involves cleaning the common areas of three apartment buildings located within 10 minutes of each other in St. Paul MN.
Job Duties:
- Cleaning restrooms (including toilets and sinks)
- Vacuuming sweeping and mopping floors
- Removing trash and replacing liners
- Cleaning glass surfaces (doors and windows)
- Restocking restroom supplies (toilet paper paper towels)
- Dusting common areas
Requirements:
- Valid drivers license and current car insurance
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Comfortable driving in winter conditions
- Pre-employment drug screen required
- THC is not included in the drug screening panel for applicants living in Minnesota
- Physically able to bend lift up to 30 lbs. walk quickly and remain on your feet throughout the shift
- Willing to consent to a background check
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Basic English proficiency required for safety
