- Utilize proven Twin Oaks systems and tools to generate leads and manage your business effectively.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and local real estate regulations.
- A valid real estate license (or willingness to obtain one).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn with a passion for real estate.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- A commitment to participating in training programs and shadowing opportunities.
- Basic proficiency with technology and willingness to learn real estate tools.
