Core Duties & Responsibilities
The primary focus is on clerical support accurate data entry and file management for the Service and Alterations teams.
- Estimate Production: Type initial estimates and revisions
- Document Distribution: Send estimates to general contractors and customers via email
- Filing & Organization: Create and maintain physical folders and filing cabinet organization
- Data Entry: Work on basic Excel spreadsheets
- Support: Provide occasional coverage for the reception desk
Essential Skills & Requirements
- Typing/Speed: Must be able to type 50 WPM
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication and strong people skills for effective customer service
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
- Work Style: Highly organized proactive and able to manage day-to-day tasks with minimal supervision
- Soft Skills: Display effective problem-solving and maintain composure in a high-volume demanding environment
- Education: High School Diploma required

- Salary Range: $50000 to $70000
