Driver - Mvenpick Resort & Residences Aqaba
Under the guidance and supervision of the Front Office Manager and within the limits of the established Mvenpick Resort & Residences Aqaba policies and OSM (Operational Standards Manual) his/her responsibilities are to provide efficient personalized courteous and punctual service and to practice up-selling techniques. To work with a team spirit and to ensure that each guest leaves the Hotel fully satisfied and with the wish to return back.

What you will be doing: - Acknowledge guests immediately
- Explain hotels services & facilities on request
- Be informed about the schedules and give info at any time
- Confirm shuttle destination when guests are boarding
- Announce the driving time to destination before shuttle departures
- Be able to learn local roads network and conditions as well as the fastest and safest routes
- Drive manual and automatic cars safely and efficiently
Your experience and skills include: - Sound knowledge of local streets tourist attractions local culture events etc.
- Sound knowledge of local costumes and traditions
- Ensure very good cleanses and regular maintenance of the hotel shuttle buses
- Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve overall objectives of this position
