Job Summary
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions across the organization
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job posting resume screening interviewing and offer negotiation
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create accurate job descriptions
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR tools to streamline the recruitment process
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate skills experience and cultural fit
- Enhance employer branding initiatives and represent the company at job fairs and networking events
- Leverage social media platforms and professional networks to source potential candidates
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations throughout the hiring process
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators
- Stay informed about job market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Regional experience in Engineering field
- 8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment preferably in Engineering industry
- Proven track record of successful full-cycle recruiting
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies techniques and best practices
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software
- Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with the capacity to interact effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated experience in employer branding and social media recruiting
- Knowledge of local job market trends and competitor landscape
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Fluency in English
