Job Summary
Location: Wrocław (hybrid)
We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer with a strong interaction-design mindset who can take ownership of the full user this role you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design intuitive cohesive and scalable user experiences. You will have the opportunity to audit entire browser-based workflows propose improvements and translate user needs into clear actionable design solutions. This position offers a chance to shape the direction of our product through thoughtful prototyping data-driven insights and systematic design thinking. Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop concepts wireframes prototypes and screen designs that show a deep understanding of user behavior and context of use
- Analyze user data and feedback to identify pain points and opportunities; benchmark competitors to inform design decision
- Build and maintain scalable design systems that ensure consistency and usability
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams
- Run or support user testing sessions to validate concepts and iterate on designs.
Job Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Figma and FigJam
- Experience with user research methods (qualitative & quantitative)
- Ability to create and maintain wireframes user flows personas and functional prototypes (including edge cases)
- Solid understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and responsive design principles
- Demonstrated ability to think holistically and design end-to-end user journeys
- Experience with AI-powered design tools and Protopie is nice to have.
