About the Role
As an Art Teacher at this ambitious school your responsibilities will include:
Teaching Art across KS3KS4
Delivering inspiring and varied lessons that develop creativity and confidence
Guiding students through coursework projects and portfolio development
Supporting extracurricular activities such as art clubs exhibitions and competitions
Contributing to the ongoing development of the Art curriculum
Encouraging high standards of presentation technique and artistic expression
Working collaboratively within a supportive and innovative team
This role is suitable for both experienced teachers and strong ECTs.
Experience and Qualifications
Degree in Art Fine Art or a related creative discipline
PGCE with QTS
Ability to teach Art at KS3KS4 confidently
Strong creative and technical skills across a range of artistic media
A passion for inspiring young people and promoting the arts
Excellent organisational communication and classroom-management skills
Salary
Paid to scale MPS/UPS depending on experience.
