Role Overview
The technician will support teachers and students by preparing materials maintaining equipment and ensuring a safe working environment.
Duties include:
Preparing tools machinery and materials for lessons
Supporting woodworking product design and graphics classes
Maintaining machinery and ensuring it meets safety standards
Ordering stock and managing inventory
Requirements
Experience working in a workshop or DT environment
Good practical/technical skills
Strong awareness of health & safety procedures
