Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope
- Access Anchor: Key holder duties managing alarm systems and securing the premises during opening and closing routines.
- Maintenance Mechanic: Performing routine minor repairs (DIY basic plumbing/electrics) and coordinating with external contractors for larger maintenance.
- Safety Champion: Conducting daily Health & Safety checks managing basic site inspections and ensuring compliance.
