About the Role

We are currently seeking two compassionate and dedicated Band 5 Nurses to join our specialist care team. This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver high-quality palliative and end-of-life care supporting patients and their families with dignity respect and empathy.

Location: Birmingham
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary:per annum (dependent on experience)

Tasks

Deliver safe evidence-based nursing care to hospice patients.
Support patients with complex palliative needs ensuring comfort and symptom control.
Work collaboratively with doctors healthcare assistants therapists and wider MDT.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care plans.
Participate in clinical assessments medication administration and monitoring.
Provide emotional support to patients and families.
Contribute to service improvement audits and quality initiatives.

Requirements

Registered Nurse (NMC Pin required)
Experience in palliative hospice community or acute care preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate patient-centred approach
Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to maintaining high standards of care
