Tasks
- Manage all commercial and cost-related aspects of construction projects.
- Lead tendering subcontractor management and contract negotiations.
- Prepare and oversee CVRs budgets and cost forecasts.
- Handle variations payments and claims while maintaining financial discipline.
- Support procurement strategies and ensure consistent reporting to senior management.
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying (this is a must).
- Proven experience with a general contractor on large industrial or data centre projects.
- Eligible to work in Germany or hold an EU passport.
- German language skills are an advantage but not required.
- Strong analytical mindset contract knowledge (FIDIC/VOB/BGB) and commercial awareness.
