Job Summary

Role: LPN - Quality Assurance Nurse
Location: Flagstaff AZ 86004
Schedule: Day 8:00 am to 5:00 pm 5 Days/Week
Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Pay Breakdown:
Hourly Rate: $39.60

Weekly Gross Pay: $1584.00

Job Overview:

Ensures regulatory compliance and quality assurance through audits data analysis CASPER reviews survey preparation and development of QAPI-driven improvement plans.
Investigates non-compliance incidents and allegations while coordinating corrective actions with leadership. Leads QA and Infection Control committees conducts infection surveillance provides staff training and maintains documentation. Collaborates with administration and stays current with CMS/CDC guidance to support continuous quality and regulatory readiness.

Requirements:

Requires current license to practice in Arizona as a Licensed Practical Nurse
DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card required
Infection Preventionist Certification required
In-state travel; valid AZ Drivers License is required
