5 years experience in a Production Support environment or Incident Management
Able to provide critical thinking and diagnostic skills
Ability and experience working independently and as a Team Player
SQL Query exposure
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- 7 years of application programming experience - Strong Java JavaScript and HTML skills - Strong C or C Skills SQL General understanding in Relational Databases - Must be able to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a constantly changing environment - Must have excellent organization skills along with strong communication skills - Ability to debug application. Must have strong troubleshooting skills
