We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Application Lead Engineer to oversee the design development integration and support of enterprise-level business applications. This role requires strong leadership technical expertise and hands-on experience working across complex systems application modernization initiatives and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will guide architecture decisions lead development efforts and ensure enterprise platforms meet performance security and scalability standards.

• Lead the design development and implementation of enterprise applications and integrated systems.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders architects developers and vendors to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Oversee system integrations application deployment upgrades and performance improvements.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to development teams while establishing best practices and coding standards.

• Evaluate new technologies tools frameworks and application modernization opportunities.

• Manage Enterprise Application lifecycle including planning design development testing deployment and support.

• Ensure security compliance and quality assurance across all application implementations.

• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide long-term resolution strategies.

• Prepare technical documentation architectural diagrams and status reports.

• Coordinate with project managers to define timelines resource plans and deliverables.

• 12 years of experience in enterprise application engineering development and solution delivery.

• Strong expertise with enterprise software platforms and application integration methodologies.

• Hands-on experience with one or more enterprise technology stacks such Java Salesforce SAP Oracle Workday ServiceNow or similar.

• Knowledge of APIs web services (REST/SOAP) middleware ESB microservices and integration tools.

• Solid understanding of cloud technologies such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.

• Strong experience with relational and NoSQL databases data modeling and SQL.

• Proven ability to lead technical teams mentor engineers and drive high-impact solutions.

• Excellent problem-solving analytical thinking communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with Agile and DevOps environments along with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
