Job Summary

University degree in IT or relevant discipline combined with minimum 15 years of relevant working experience in IT;
Very good knowledge of MS Office (PPT Word Excel Teams etc.) and SMT;
Proven experience in training;
Proven experience in the field of end-user support (telephone and online);
Proven experience in drafting documentation specifically training documentation (development and updating of manuals coaching documents course scenarios FAQs online help online videos quick guides wikis update and testing of new applications);
Good knowledge of one or more of the following tools: GIMP ITIL HTML Flash Visio Confluence Captivate Camtasia would be an asset;
Excellent command of the English language and proficiency in French.
