Role Overview:
Responsible for managing and updating the CAFM system to support facilities management operations ensuring accurate data entry timely work order processing and smooth coordination between teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily work order creation assignment updating and closure in the CAFM system (Concept Evolution/Maximo/Planon – as applicable).
Maintain asset registers PPM schedules and service requests.
Monitor SLA & KPI compliance and escalate delays.
Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports for management.
Coordinate with engineers supervisors and contractors to track job progress.
Ensure data accuracy documentation and proper filing of records.
Support PPM planning resource allocation and system updates.
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor’s in any field (FM/Engineering background preferred).
Experience in CAFM operations within Facilities Management (Qatar experience is a plus).
Good communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
Knowledge of FM workflows assets and maintenance processes.
