Job Summary


Job Title: Team Leader – General Assembly (Technical Support)

Location: Qatar

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate daily operations on the assembly line.

  • Assign tasks to operators based on skill and workload.

  • Ensure production runs efficiently safely and without disruption.

  • Support troubleshooting of basic equipment or technical issues.

  • Monitor team performance quality standards and production KPIs.

  • Conduct daily briefings and communicate goals and updates.

  • Ensure proper use of manpower tools and materials.

  • Provide training coaching and development for operators.

  • Ensure compliance with safety quality and operational procedures.

  • Prepare and submit shift reports and highlight issues or improvement areas.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or related field preferred).

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.

  • Strong understanding of production processes and basic troubleshooting.
