YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supporting licensing and regulatory applications across multiple jurisdictions.
Drafting and negotiating commercial vendor and technology agreements.
Managing corporate governance and secretarial compliance.
Assisting with banking payments and counterparty onboarding.
Conducting legal research on evolving fintech crypto and payments regulations.
Providing day-to-day support on operational and strategic legal initiatives.

OUR REQUIRED EXPERTISE

LLB Degree
Admitted attorney
4 years working experience in a legal firm
Financial services (FX OTC crypto assets)
Banking & payments (PSP TPPP cross-border)

YOUR REWARD

Salary range: R720K R900K per annum
