Duties & Responsibilities
Company and Job Description:
As Group Accountant you will oversee financial operations ensure accurate reporting and lead budgeting and forecasting processes. Youll manage consolidations cash flow and provide strategic insights to support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial operations across multiple branches.
- Prepare and review monthly reconciliations for accuracy and completeness.
- Oversee payments and maintain reliable cash flow forecasts.
- Handle consolidations and inter-branch transactions.
- Produce monthly management accounts and group reporting.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles with variance analysis.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- CA(SA) with minimum 1 year post-articles OR BCom Accounting/Finance (Honours or higher) with 5 years relevant experience.
- Advanced MS Excel skills and strong financial modelling capability.
- Experience with dealership management systems (advantageous).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Knowledge of taxation compliance and financial controls.
