Nielsen Ford of Morristown is looking for a Sales Representative to join the established Commercial Fleet Department. The Sales Representative will actively seek out and engage prospective customers to sell our products and/or services. The ideal candidate is results-driven hungry for customer acquisition and passionate about contributing to top-line revenue growth. The pay rate is $800 per week plus commission.

Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate promote and sell new and used vehicles.
- Develop and maintain close communications with prospects to close sales and promote customer retention.
- Record prospect interactions and track goal attainment in CRM system.
- Meet and exceed targets by achieving monthly and quarterly goals.
- Self motivated and looking to make money.
Requirements:
- Sales experience preferred
- Excellent ability to manage and build relationships
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition goals
- Advanced skills in customer service communicating selling and negotiating
- Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs
- Some computer knowledge needed
- Bilingual a plus
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
