Responsibilities Experience and Skills:
- Assist in the oversight of Daily Operations of the store.
- Willingness to learn and develop into a GM position.
- Operate the store in the GMs absence and uphold the same standards as theGM
- Assist in the leading training and development of all store team members.
- Excellent communication people management and motivational skills.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Provide exceptional guest service
- Understand the value of teamwork.
- Previous Fast Casual work experience i.e. Chipotle/Panera/Saladworks is preferred but not required.
