Senior Oracle Techno-Functional Developer

As a Senior Oracle Techno-Functional Developer you will: Lead development and support activities across Oracle-based applications and solutions. Design develop and optimize SQL and PL/SQL scripts packages procedures and database components. Perform performance tuning of PL/SQL code and Oracle database scripts to ensure optimal system performance. Create execute and maintain test cases to support quality assurance processes. Work on Oracle programming reporting tools and technical-functional requirements in enterprise environments. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps to ensure streamlined deployments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile frameworks such as SAFe utilizing tools like JIRA and Confluence. Provide domain expertise in Retail Store Operations and Supply Chain processes to support solution design. Support cloud-related initiatives involving Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). What You Bring to the Table: 13 years of professional experience as an Oracle Techno-Functional Consultant in development and support projects. Strong proficiency in SQL Oracle PL/SQL and database development. Experience in creating and executing test cases and working within structured QA processes. Expertise in performance tuning at both PL/SQL and database levels. Familiarity with cloud platforms particularly Azure and OCI. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps. Practical experience using Agile methodologies and collaboration tools (SAFe Agile JIRA Confluence). Strong communication skills positive attitude and a continuous learning mindset. Solid understanding of Retail domain operations including store operations and supply chain. You should possess the ability to: Deliver high-quality optimized Oracle solutions in fast-paced development environments. Analyze requirements and translate them into scalable technical and functional specifications. Troubleshoot debug and resolve issues across complex Oracle environments. Adapt to cloud-based architectures and deployment models. Collaborate effectively with both technical and functional stakeholders.
