Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in BMS CCTV Operation
Education: Degree / Diploma

Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate BMS and CCTV systems effectively.
- Ensure continuous surveillance of premises and report any abnormalities.
- Perform routine system checks and troubleshoot basic issues.
- Maintain logs incident reports and system records.
- Coordinate with security and facility teams for timely issue resolution.
- Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and escalate technical issues.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in BMS and CCTV monitoring.
- Knowledge of control systems access control and surveillance equipment.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to respond quickly to emergency situations.
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
