Job Summary

In this role youll collaborate with stakeholders at all levels both internal and external to optimise how we manage costs improve processes and support long-term success.
What Youll Be Doing
- Leading price and contract negotiations across key goods and services
- Researching and identifying opportunities to improve quality delivery and cost
- Developing innovative ideas and strategies to boost operational efficiency
- Monitoring and maintaining strong supplier performance
- Creating tracking and reporting on KPIs
- Managing supplier resourcing for critical production spares and consumables
- Working independently with autonomy and confidence
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience in a buying or procurement role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong background in contract and supplier management
- Confident computer skills Excel and Word essential
- Experience with Navision or Business Central is desired (but not essential)
- Excellent communication relationship-building and teamwork skills
- A self-starter with the drive to take ownership and deliver results
