1Extensive knowledge and hands-on expertise in administering and developing Oracle Siebel 2023 including UCM OID BIP OCH OEDQ and CRM technologies.
Proficient in Siebel Tools configuration workflows scripting Open UI customization and working with Oracle Database for performance optimization.
Experienced with Siebel modules (Call Center Sales Service Marketing) workflow automation EAI integrations and large-scale data migration using EIM.
Skilled in system integration security model configuration and enterprise solution design ensuring scalable compliant and user-centric implementations.
Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps toolsets in Azure Cloud including but not limited to Docker Ansible Packer Terraform Azure DevOps Pipelines OpenShift.
