The ability to understand complex business logic and translate it into formal rules within the ODM system. Proficiency in gathering precise requirements from business stake-holders. Excellent analytical written and verbal communication skills to effectively gather requirements resolve conflicts and collaborate with cross-functional teams. A strong ability to analyse business processes and identify opportunities for automation using business rules. Aptitude for troubleshooting and solving complex issues related to decision logic. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical and business concepts to both developers and non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency with requirements management tool JIRA for documenting user stories and defects. Thorough knowledge of Agile principles and experience working in a Scrum environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address potential risks and issues within projects. Completion of L3 training in Guidewire Policy center certifica-tions Insurance domain certifications
