ManpowerGroup on behalf of its client CROWN HELLAS a key player in the packaging sector specializing in the production of high-quality beverage and food cans is seeking aMaintenance Team Leader to join and develop their new production line.

Location:Corinthos

Reports to:Engineering Manager

Requirements

Lead and supervise the maintenance team ensuring efficient task allocation and performance.
Conduct periodic inspections of facilities to identify issues risks or required maintenance actions.
Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and oversee the planning coordination and execution of maintenance works.
Supervise and maintain building systems (HVAC heating ventilation extraction etc.).
Oversee electrical mechanical and refrigeration installations and ensure proper operation.
Ensure timely and cost-efficient execution of maintenance activities and repairs.
Manage maintenance operations across all plant units ensuring compliance with company standards hygiene safety and environmental regulations.
Maintain accurate records technical files and updated as-built documentation.
Monitor maintenance costs (OPEX & CAPEX) and support budgeting and cost-optimization initiatives.
Contribute to the plants preventive maintenance strategy and reliability improvement activities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders contractors and suppliers as needed.

Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
13 years of experience in a similar maintenance role; experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset.
Very good command of English and proficient computer skills (MS Office).
