Facilities Manager Shopping Centre West London to 47k plus package
Our client a rapidly growing facilities management company is recruiting an Facilities Manager to lead the FM and Operations teams at a thriving shopping centre in West London.
The location includes high street and independent shops restaurants and other businesses.
The FM will quickly build relationships with retailers the property managers and the landlords representatives. A strong communicator is therefore essential.
The facilities manager will manage and lead the site teams of contractors for security cleaning and maintenance and ensure that the site is compliant to health & safety standards making it a desirable safe and progressive environmental in which to shop visit and work.
In addition the facilities manager will be required to oversee service charge budgets H&S compliance - including during fit out works (in tenant and communal space) provide permits to work to contractors generate compliance reports and present them at client meetings.
You will Liaise with the Senior FM and property agents clients and owners and assisting them with all reasonable requests for assistance and information and to follow their instructions in order to achieve their objectives.
You will also support the senior facility manager in the provision of retail facilities services including FM security engineering cleaning functions and to deliver a compliant FM service to legal and regulatory standards following the guidelines industry best practices and SFG20 standards.
Ideally candidates will have facilities management operations experience gained in a shopping centre/ retail environment and hold an IOSH Managing Safely qualification.
A salary of c47k is offered along with full benefits package and pension.
