Job Summary

Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Perform reliability tests such as RGA Fiber integrity lead integrity and epoxy mixing etc.
Monitor operate and inspect critical equipment and systems to ensure safe and reliable operation.
Perform routine rounds and checks to detect early signs of equipment wear failure or malfunction.
Collect and analyze operational data to support reliability improvements.
Report equipment abnormalities and assist in root cause failure analysis (RCFA).
Maintain accurate logs records and reports of reliability testing
Participate in preventive maintenance tasks and support corrective maintenance activities as needed.
Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations at all times.
Suggest and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Education

High school diploma technical diploma or associate degree in industrial technology mechanical/electrical systems or related field preferred.
At least 1 year experience in reliability process
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented fast-paced environment.
