Job Summary

Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Supports the Supervisor of the department in the over-all supervision of the WMG department. Implements the approved wastewater treatment procedures ensure completeness of filling out data sheets monitors chemical consumption and cycle time.
Ensures proper operation of equipment in the work area and immediately report defects for proper action and to avoid delays due to in-operable equipment.
Helps maintain clean and safe department and for compliance with the companys EHS rules procedures and regulations.

Education & Experience

High School diploma or equivalent. College level is an advantage
1 to 2 years of experience in Manufacturing Plant
Experience in a Chemical Plant Industry/Wastewater Treatment Plant is an advantage

Skills

In-depth knowledge in Wastewater treatment functions/activities procedures and work instructions & extensive knowledge in chemicals (properties handling etc.)
Possess strong interpersonal skills
Works effectively with other members of the Department.

Working Conditions

This role is 100% onsite / hybrid / remote
Chemical Manufacturing environment
Work may involve lifting of materials and product up to 25 kg.
Working in this environment requires the use of safety equipment and personnel protection equipment.
Loose fitting clothes and jewelries are not permitted to be worn.
