Job Summary
ATC Healthcare has an immediate need for a Front Desk Receptionist with exceptional customer service skills for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Nassau County!
SHIFT: 11a-7p Tuesday - Saturday
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years experience as a Medical Front Desk Receptionist preferably in a Medical Office a plus
- Must be flexible
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
- Customer service experience in a public facing role preferred
- Computer skills with emphasis on accuracy of patient demographic information
- Proficiency with various Microsoft Windows products and Medical systems
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology preferred
- Strong multi-tasking planning organization and execution skill and the ability to work independently as well as a lead a team within the department
Key Responsibilities may include but not limited to:
- As first impressions are lasting it is imperative that our personnel portray patience understanding and professionalism
- Greets and registers visitors
- Answers and appropriately triages phone calls
- Printing scanning and faxing reports
- Other front desk responsibilities as assigned
