Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager HR-Operations
You will be responsible to be an effective influencer knowledgeable about the business and whose impact and value is clear to the client group and HR org alike. The ideal candidate will thrive in a multifaceted and changing environment and have fun while getting a lot of great work done.


Responsibilities
Leading HR Services team (10 members) responsible for managing the Talent Acquisition Employee Lifecycle management Employee support centre Talent development Compensation & Benefits processes
Ensure adherence to SLAs as agreed for the respective processes
Work closely with quality team in identification and implementation of improvement ideas
Monitor and resolve day to day issues & escalations if any by co-ordinating with different process owners & stakeholders
Work closely with the overall process lead to ensure that any process changes / updates are communicated timely to the team members in India
Review process performance and report out performance dashboards on a regular basis
Provide coaching and mentoring to the team and manage client stakeholders


Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors or equivalent education
Experience in HR shared services/Operations
Experience in Workday or similar HCM
Demonstrated competence in managing various HR functional areas like Talent Acquisition Employee Lifecycle management Employee support centre Talent development Compensation & Benefits processes
Comfortable and thrive in an ambiguous high growth fast paced environment
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

MBA/External Certifications from recognised institutes is an advantage
Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment and work independently
Ability to manage multiple complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently
Ability to work at all levels of the HR stack - Strategic operational and tactical
